This bathroom remodeling project involved a full transformation of two bathrooms, including the primary and kids’ bathrooms. The primary bathroom underwent significant structural changes, including the relocation of the toilet and shower, as well as the removal of the existing bathtub. The kids’ bathroom remained in its original layout but received a full upgrade with new fixtures, finishes, and a modern aesthetic.
Scope of Work
- Permitting & Planning: Obtained all necessary permits, provided a floor plan for client approval, and ensured compliance with city regulations.
- Demolition & Preparation: Carefully covered working areas, removed all old fixtures, tiles, vanities, and drywall to expose studs, and cleaned up debris.
- Plumbing & Framing: Upgraded plumbing for all vanity sinks, framed a new shower pan for the primary bathroom, installed a new tub in the kids’ bathroom, and built custom shampoo niches.
- Waterproofing & Tile Work: Hot-mopped the shower pan to meet city requirements, installed new tiling for floors, walls, and shower pans, and applied grout for a seamless finish.
- Fixtures & Finishing Touches: Installed all vanities, fixtures, medicine cabinets, towel racks, toilets, shelves, and baseboards as per the client’s selections. Applied primer and paint with the client’s approved color choice.
Outcome
The remodeled kitchen perfectly balances style and practicality, offering the client a beautiful yet functional space for cooking, dining, and entertaining. The contemporary design elements and attention to detail elevated the kitchen into the heart of the home, adding significant value to the property.
